Agentic AI Productivity
Where do agentic AI gains actually land, and how should the enterprise account for them?
Agentic AI is sold on productivity, but the early evidence is subtler: gains arrive as many small wins spread across workflows, not one dramatic before-and-after. This project measures where those gains land inside real enterprise work, how they compound, and how long the patience horizon really is.
The accounting question matters as much as the technical one. Whether agentic AI capability is treated as a capitalized intangible asset or a TCO operating expense changes how organizations invest, staff, and report. The project develops the evidence base executives need to make that call.
